Does 1 lb of muscle weigh more than 1 lb of fat?
See, thank you all for your answers. This is actually a trick question that I really just wanted to see how many people actually use their mind. One pound is one pound, equal in weight, not necessarily size. I could have asked which weighs more: 1 lb of feathers or 1 lb of rocks, either way you look at it, its one pound regardless. So there you have it folks... One pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat.
you should rephrase your questions because you put 1 lb for both of them, which would mean they weigh the same. but muscle weighs more than fat.
muscles weigh more!!! so if you play a lot of sports and tend to weigh more you cud just be stronger!!! and helthier!!!
1 lb of muscle weighs the same as 1 lb of fat; they're both a pound. However, muscle weighs more than fat.
"does ONE POUND of muscle weigh more than ONE POUND of fat?" um. they're both one pound.
