I feel that I am a little too fat even though my bmi is 20. I think I could gain on more muscle though. And I ave a big tummy and I have flubbery thighs and my arms are a bit stocky. How can I make my body toned up and cut the fat?
a bmi of 20 is considered health but also a little under-weight just a little bit so there isnt need to loose any more fat you can add muscle if you want muscle weighs more then fat as well but you need both to survive try exerscises that are a bit slow theyll help you tone up and add muscle dont expect to see results overnight though by exerscising and eating healthy you should see results in a week or more but youll feel different and more energetic in a few days dont loose any weight though just concerntrate on building some more muscle is say
The obvious answer is weight training.
