Well I wanna lose 10 pounds By the end of January. At breakfast I eat Milk with Apple o's cereals and a glass of Orange Juice. For lunch I eat in the Casino so It's normally Fish,Rice or Salad. Then for Snack I eat half bread with a little of Cheese and a glass of milk. Then for dinner I eat Lettuce some fruits and a glass of water or juice. And on Saturdays and Sundays I exercise dancing for some 10 minutes then I do some exercise on the floor.
Will I be able to lose that weight?
you will lose weight, but I suggest you eat some nuts, beans or chicken to get more protein. and instead of just ten minutes once a week, try 15 mins 3 times a week! Good Luck!
I think you will loose weight, your eating healthy and exercising. And like whitechocolate said add some protein in your diet.
