I need to loose weight in 2 weeks quickly in like 2 weeks or less without eating and excersising. I have to loose a lot of weight like 20 lbs in 2 weeks. What can I take to make me loose that weight or what can I do to help me loose weight.
20 pounds in 2 weeks is NOT an acheivable goal. That is losing MORE than a pound a day, which is considered unhealthy. Try the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. It's a DVD that contains 3 20-minute workouts of high-intensity. I have it and it works amazingly well :) Focus your diet on eating healthy, not cutting out food completely.
I agree with the first answer but you can take laxatives which will make you poop out a lot of weight and also hit the sauna to loose a lot of water weight. You will be skinnier but you will not look healthy so its best to do it with regular excerise and proper diet.
