exercises to do to loose weight quick

What exercises will make me loose the most weight in the least amount of time??? I’m willing to run my heart out, but I’m just wondering if there are any other exercises, maybe even a little less strenuous, to do so that I can loose a lot of weight. I am also limiting my calories to like 1500-1700cal per day, and up to 2000cal if im going to exercise, cause right now, I know I eat so many more. And also just watching my carbs a little, but not too much, but I know that will help, too. And do you think 1500-1700cal per day is healthy if I’m doing any exercising that day? Is it healthy even if I am exercising that day? Thanks.
