Loosing weight...please help! Like I really need this.

If I am eating 3 healthy meals a day plus running thirty minutes and doig three-hundred crunches and 50 squats a day how long would it take me to lose 20-25 pounds?

I am 15,140lbs,&& 5’4’’.
