Okay I crack my back and I am very flexible will this make me stiff?
I'm not too sure if backs work the same way, but...
I had very flexible fingers (I could bend them all the way backwards to touch the backs of my hands), and I'm a chronic finger cracker.
After several years of this, I can honestly say, my fingers are very stiff and hurt almost all the time.
As I said - I'm not sure that a back works the same way, but you should really get a professional medical opinion about this before it's too late.
