You know when you twist round on a chair to make your back go click click click and it feels like its good and you feel all refreshed etc, or like, getting somebody to pull you back and your spine goes click click...
I was wondering if this is bad for you at all? I heard somewhere that clicking knuckles is bad for you. I click my back all the time, and now im scared thats its bad.
Well, the cracking sound is just produced by bubbles in synovial fluid collapsing. I haven't heard of too much research being done on this subject, therefore have heard of no long term effects of doing so. However, I'm not sure its a great idea to be fooling with the back. I'd be afraid of damaging disks or cartilage, or even the spinal cord. Although I'm sure the risk of doing that is minimal, I just wouldn't want to take a chance.
I too have the same problems of crackin back neck knuckles etc. it can give you arthritis really early and causes you not to move as well as you used to so if you wanna crack you joints go ahead but not often
It doesn't and thats the honest truth,it was on the news... they said craking your nuckels or anything on your body cannot effect anything on youu inthe future
yeah I thought so, but apparently its not good for the cartilage of something.
I havent heard that its bad yet.. isnt this like just a form of stretching?
