Had a bad lower back for about 2 months now it always hurts

I have had a bad lower back for about 2 months now it always hurts the most when I get up in the morning I stopped lifting heavy things at work but the pain has still carried on and is starting to get worse. Does anybody have any ideas as to what could be causing it or any remedies to ease the pain. Any suggestions much appreacited. Karl

get a trainer and ask him/her to help you strengthen your lower back.
lower back hyper extensions will strengthen the muscles.

Try tae kwon do or at least the stretches that they do I would go with doing the back arch as at least one of the possible remedies for your pain.

Strenghing your stomach and lower back will help too!
