Why dont teachers get it?

Teachers are all saying that we can work together and feel comfortable in class, and be a true community, but its all crap. They dont understand what its like 2 b in school and how everybody has their own place. They try 2 do it, but they just dont get it. It makes me so mad. Like I have this one teacher who has a sign that says “mr._‘s learning coommunity” and when we walk in hes all “ you have 2 b a community and we can learn together.” its horrible. Why dont teachers get it?

Times might have changed since they have been at school I suppose… but they’re not stupid they probably know that there are “groups” of people. Some who don’t perhaps like to be with others. Maybe they are just trying to encourage it, do you go to a catholic school?

I know what you mean too! Like we had one of these ‘different’ days..

And the teachers where like, It’s going to be a great day because no-one will be working with their friends or people they know, so you get to know other people :D I was like 0.o Were in year 10, I think weve had enough time to know who people are. Ugh, yeah it’s really annoying when they do that =/

I know what you mean!!! it’s all just crap!!! I can’t stand it when they put you with someone you hate and then they tell you they don’t care if you like them or not, that you need to learn to get along with everyone. what grade are you in? the older you get they should stop saying that crap but they don’t!!! personally I think they just want to annoy us.

because if your a community hes not just your teacher hes your friend sort of thing for example in my last years of school I went to a community college and teachers and the pupils were friends its a better school envoirment and we werent no rich kids we’re anti social type
