How do I get less intimidated by my english teacher?

Talk to her. I know it sounds crazy, but if you talk to her about your work and get help from her with the things you do not understand you will not only get a better grade, but you’ll be less intimidated by her because you’ll see that she’s not really that bad. I used to do this with my teachers, and it helped me a lot.

I disagree with this. Calling attention to herself and seeming devious will only cause tension because it will make it seem like she’s up to something that she’s really not. This will make the teacher feel suspicious and, in turn, they will actually focus more on her because they’re unsure of what’s going on. It will cause the opposite of what is desired.

The grades are on you, meaby you are not getting something right or she is not explaining something well for you. Talk to her and ask her to explain why she is giving you this grades and ask her if there is something that you can do to bring the grades up, there has to be another reason other than she hates you.

everytime we do a lesson i get the lesson when we do the test i dont understand. but she told my dad at the parent teacher talk that she loved me.. i was in total shock when my dad told me

thats the problem i dont wanna talk to her i hate asking intimidating people for help or asking them anything else. i feel like there gonna say no but idk the answer but she freaks me out i just wanna change teachers.
