Who hates the Euro?

The pound is a piece of England and there is no reason to devalue the country for it unless we want to be one big European state eventually with every country the same and no real identity or national pride

Nobody who likes the Euro will ever get a vote from me, anyone else have anything on this subject?

I don’t think it matters, not a hugely important symbol of national identity, and there’s not much to be proud of any more. Let’s examine some of our failings:

We have a head of state who is born into their role. Most of the population is thick; believe me I know, as a uni student half of my peers can’t even write a coherent sentence. Our civil liberties have been eroded dramatically in recent years. We have some of the highest rates of obesity, teenage pregnancy and STIs of the rich nations. We’re indebted to the hilt. Our health care is inferior to most of Western Europe. Only stupid and ugly people seem to procreate. The youth seem to be more violent and hopeless than ever.

So I think it should be a purely economic decision, based on pragmatism, not one based on influence from the ramblings in the gutter press and right wing media who still have delusions of England’s importance in the world.

“Our health care is inferior to most of Western Europe” I dont believe that one, its not as good as it should be for what it costs, but its still better than a lot of other developed countries

And I agree with you on most of the other things we need national pride!
