Who can help me with unknown infection of my Gauges?

I recently went from a 0g to a 00g and my ears have gotten infected. It did not hurt at all when I stretched them. There is this bumpy rough spot behind both ears that sting and itch and also forms nasty crust. I know this sounds really gross but I need help with this.

that sounds like it hurts…lol… probably the best thing to do would to go to a doctor so you know its not like super infected… :)

I think its funny that every one say go to a doctor. well of course you dont want to because your asking here. it all depends on how advanced the infection is. is it just a little sore and have puss coming out. is it discolored. send me some pictures of your ear. if you do go to the doctor they will tell you to take it out keep it clean and poossibly give you some antibiotics. the antibiotics will get rid of the infectuion a lot faster than letting your body do it on its own which will be better for your gauge as it will get smaller with time.
