Visualize the way you want to look, and then act as if you have already attained the body you want. Still eat your favorite foods, just less like your ideal self would. Start exercising a little more while holding on to the picture in your head of what you want to look like. Thought is more powerful than you can imagine. Hope this helps.

Skinny, tiny , long skinny legs , big boobs , tanned skin but it will never happen id have to be a bit more realistic lol
