I was thinking of going out and getting some vitamins at the health store at my local mall but im not sure what I would want to get vitamin wise. Im trying to loose some fat around my whole body. I have a pretty thin build but als a gut which I dont like and I just dont want to change my diet that much. So what helps you boost metabolism
B vitamins, mostly, but also several other minerals. Best way to make sure you get everything is food. You can try whole grain foods and nuts for B vitamins and the right minerals. Or try nutritional yeast.
Pills are okay but there might be all kinds of things missing when they only have X ingredients in it.
its not a vitamin but iodine stimulates your thyroid which is involved in metabolism
