I have over 5yrs experience in customer service inbound and outbound call centers. It’s rough in society after being convicted of a felony, society has you labeled “once a criminal always a criminal” and so many doors and opportunities have been closed, no wonder the recidivism is so high, society doesn’t give you a second chance. I will continue to seek and refuse to return to the criminal lifestyle that I once lived, but it hard because ex-felons have to eat too.

I’ve worked so hard AT THe jobs I’ve bin too an nobodys giving me a chance!!I have a part time job for 2in ahalf years an nobodys giving me chance,its so hard to move on!!! Tha answer is there is no jobs in stl that will hire a felon if ther is please prove mewrong!!! Lpainedlwjr
