My father is a 80% owner of a Realxation Center (its aq place to get reflexology or basic relaxation massages (Non Sexual) but all the emplyees are asian female and well, a lot of men get the wrong idea nad possibly try to bribe the staff to do a little extra (if u know what i mean, which Illegal) and this it why i want my father and his partner to hire male masuses also, as to me why do u need if your a man? I mean there is nothing "gay" about a many getting massaged by another man as its purly work and for relaxation purposes.
I dont complain if i get a man or woman as the do equally good jobs and well yeah.
how can i convince them to hire men also.
If he's not hiring based on gender, that's gender discrimination, maybe talk to him and tell him how you feel
