What is the best time to workout?

ok so when is the best time to work out like how long should I wait after eating my dinner?

What I do before I workout is eat just a really small meal 20 min before I work so I have a little bit more energy before I work out, the. When I’m finish I take a bath and eat my dinner hope this helps

well at least wait 20 minutes because it takes that long to relize if your full or still hungry…then if you thing you can work wityh out getting a cramp you should be okay but make sure you stretch and take it slow at first

I think the best time to work out is in the morning. You’re able to get energized and start the day off right.

Well, I think that the best thing to do, wait 30 mins after dinner, (Don’t eat to late) That way when you are done with your workout, you can take a shower right after. (if you don’t take a shower after sweating, you worked out for nothing. :]) I hope this works for you. Also, I work out 2 times a day. Breakfast, and lunch, maybe that could work for you also, its a lot better than working out before bed time.

I agree with yeradvicegirl but shower after sweating because that will get rid of all the sweaty stuff which you don’t want because it can clog your pores and cause outbreaks.
