I asked someone else this question and they told me "20 minutes of aerobics in the morning before you eat is the best time because it is more effective than even an hour later in the day. but late afternoon/early evening before dinner is a good time also. its best to workout when you haven't eaten for a few hours and then to eat within a half hour after your workout because it gives your muscles a kick start and helps to burn calories from your fat as opposed to food (it seems as though it would be more difficult though because of your energy level, but it is most beneficial). protein is best to have after your workout (as well as food) because it helps to repair the muscles more quickly. The best time work out is when you have time. There are hundreds of inconclusive studies saying stuff like "training in the afternoon releases more testosterone allowing more muscle tissue to be created or fat to be lost", but as said, inconclusive and only matter to elite athletes who have been training seriously for 10+ years.
Your body will adapt to working out at consistent intervals, but there's no difference in results from training when you have time. As for protein, it's good to drink/eat 1 hour prior and 5-45 minutes post, but training fasted is also okay as long as you get the nutrients in before you go to bed.
Morning time is always best for workout and specially if you workout outside under the sky.
There are many advantages of doing workout outside such as atmosphere is calm and pleasant, full of oxygen, pollution free and also you can teach others exercise too.
i do it around 7 or 8pm and im always tired and struggle through. and i personaly dont wanna get up early for it so id say after work or school itll also hlep get rid of stress.but if you do it in the morning itll help wake you up
The best time to workout would be mid afternoon, so that your body can use the food you had at lunch for "fuel".Make sure you eat a healthy lunch with proteins, carbohydrates, fruits & vegetables for optimum levels of strength!
There really isn't a best time to work out. It all depends on your schedule. I tink it's best though to take your shake after your workout or in the morning when waking up. Do you take whey protein?
When you get out from bed , take a shower, get ready, all cleaned up... then after that then workout, around 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm. Your choice hun.
