What is my max bench

Hey people.. I’m really into weight lifting..and I want to max bench.. I am reppin out 150 6 times right now.. and I want to find out what I can do 1 time… I want to know before I just throw on some weights and kill my self lol help me out

Ey, One rep maxing is kind of dangerous, doing great deals of weight to failure is not good. There are charts that can give you an idea of your max is, however I don’t have a good link to givve you. Look online for a rep chart.

If you do choose to do a one rep max, get some one that actually knows what they are doing to help you. Just becuase you have a spotter, doesn’t mean he is a good one.
