Ok im 15 years old, weigh 100 pounds and am 4'11, how much should I be able to max out on the bench press?
It alll depends on how much you've lifted in the past and your body type. Some kids are just naturally good at benching and some aren't. There is not set weight youshould beable to do. Best thing to do is just try it out and see how much you can. If your that smal I'd stay start at 115 and work up.
