Now, about 115 or so…it’s been a while though. Back in the day (eg, 10 years ago…wow, it’s been a while) and I worked out regularly, I could do 150 for 3 sets of 10…keep in mind, at the time, I weighed in at 142, so I was pretty happy ;)
