What is a quick way to loss weight REALLY fast?

K so im 21 and I have 2 kids. I cant seem to get my baby weight off. The weird thing is that because im young you would think it would be easy HA I wish. So any way im 180lbs and only 5’3” fat right I know its sick!!! I used to be 120 before kids!! So I want to know how to loss weight ASAP I dont even care if its “not healthy” I just want it quick and easy HELP I wanna lose atleast 60lbs

weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and as a mother you should care about your health starving yourself to loose weight can kill you your kids need a mother and you cant take care of them if your dead or in bad health so if your going to loose weight think of how important your kids are and spend that extra bit of tike loosing it the right way

I had the same prob till I came across a diet used for obese patients in hospitol who had to loose a lot of weight fast for cariac surgery.I used it its 3 days on 4 days off you loose 10 lbs a week. you have to follow instructions 4 it to work. Just google diets for obese cardiac patients.the diet is healthy 4 you and is used by doctors

ok listen girl I used to be 222lbs now am 160lbs and still losing weight. let me tell you what to do. you will get a flat tummy like one which I have now…

  1. for breakfast have a huge cup of tea doesnt matter what kind.

  2. have a grenola bar or a small nutrient bar with fruit juce. (OR skip lunch which I do sometimes)

3.for dinner eat raw or blanched cabbage whith sardine or fish or chicken breast. cabbage is like 7 calorie per once, and chicken breast is sooo healthy research it. OR you can eat a tea cup of rice with whatever you eat.

  1. I lost lots of weight without even excersing but now I add 45 mins of excersize for the week, this increases your metabolism.

  2. when hungry drink some tea or fruit juice.

  3. oh you should also eat fruits if you are hungry and lots of water.

I INVENTED IT AND LOST 55LBS IN COUPLE MONTHS, AND I MESSED UP A COUPLE DAYS. you can eat a lot some days and you wont gain back everything trust me, my goal is 130lbs and I will get there in 3 months.
