Ok so I am 4'11 and I way 100 pounds even. I want to way 90 because at 100 I have a pudge and when I was 90 which was like...january, I had a great flat stomach. And plus I have this really cute swimsuit that I have to look good in. I have been drinking a lot of water lately but thats about it. What is a fast way to lose weight before sun.? Btdubbs I have a high matabolism sooo I don't know if that helps at all I just need to know how to lose this pudge!
High metabolism means that you eat a lot and don't gain a lot of weight. But o well. There is this thing my sister is using and she says it works. It is a product called "Hydrocut"... Maybe you can try it out. If you don't like diet pills, then jog around the block about 10 times a day... Doesn't mean all together. Maybe 5 in the morning and 5 at night.
you can do 100 crunches and leg lifts everyday and you will have flat abs by summer but start now!!!
