What is a cure for Werewolves?

First off, this is research For A book. ( If you would like to know more about it, Fun mail me.) I need a good, Believable, cure for werewolves.

I have one I mind, I’ve heard of a recipe for a solution that you would make and sprinkle on the werewolf while in werewolf form. The Question is: what are the ingredients to this solution?

If you don’t know, But have an idea for a different cure, I’d love to hear it.

Silver dust and holy water? Or you could just add a load of scientific acids and alkalies to make it sound good. :) ♥

The Seth Green method from Buffy was to travel around Tibet learning meditation techniques for a few years combined with several different spells, potions, and charms. Sort of a grab bag of werewolf cures. Of course, it didn’t actually WORK…

I’ve never heard of a cure but if you want to make one up use wolfsbane. It a rare herb that grows in eastern europe that is believe to ward off bad luck, among other things. Virgin or animal blood would also make sense as virgins and animals (often goats) would sometimes be offered to the greek gods and that is the origin of the werewolf myth (Google Lyconus or lycan).

well we all know the classic way to kill a werewolf dont we… shoot with a silver bullet or stab with a sharp silver instrument…

what about for a cure: grinded down silver so its dust maybe mixed with water, holy water. :S

Another calssic cure was to find and kill the Original werewolf. This involves tracking back from the werewolf that turned you to the werewolf that turned him until you find a werewolf that was never turned. This was an Original werewolf, a werewolf that was never created by another. Once there werewolf is killed (silver bullet etc.) it turns all the wereolves he created back to human.
