Does anyone really know if the diet book called The Weight Loss Cure is legitimate or not? Thanks.
Look there are a million books, diets aids, and supplements on the market, that promise miracle, "Great results", The truth of the matter is you need to make changes in what you eat, the portions and the quality of foods you eat. That's the real secret ... for free. Eat smaller portions of healty, natural foods, like lean meats, skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, fish, fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts, CUT OUT, sugar, salt and processed foods--- Exercise on a regular basis 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week and you will lose body fat! Other then that, the stuff you see on magazines, TV and at the stores can't do any better then you can do on your own, for free!
