vegan sucks for these reasons: the can’t eat at a bbq camon its all about meat cant have fried chicken missing out on the delious foods you have to eat leaves and what not meat is awesome who ever dosnt eat it is mentally ill god put animals on this earth for people to eat them so eat em!

Not eating meat is better for you, better for the animals, and better for the planet.

Veganism is one of the most extreme forms of vegetarianism. I’m not a vegan but I view it as the ideal. The biggest issue I have with veganism is that you basically have to prepare all of your own food since nearly anything you eat in restaurants or packaged food has dairy and/or eggs in it. When I cook for myself I generally don’t use any kind of animal products but when I eat out or at a friends I’m more flixible.

Disadvantage- harder to obtain things like iron without suppliments.
