My doctor told me that I'm not eating enough protein, because I don't eat a lot of meat. What are some lean protein sources that I should try?
If available, Buffalo (Giant Eagle where I live in Ohio has started carrying it). ITs actaully leaner than a boneless, skinless chicken breast.
tofu, turkey, chicken breast,lean beef. Turkey has 8% more protein than chicken. It will be your healthiest choice.
goat meat, its lean, low cholesterol and very good taste as well, high protein by the way
