What does this weight loss pill label mean?

I saw this diet pill which says Caffeine-Free and stimulant-free does any one know what it means?

That it does not have caffeine or any other stimulant.Very high doses can cause dependence like drugs.I dont think doses like that in diet pill matters.Just some extra exaggerated points by drug companies.

Caffeine/stimulants are in a lot of products and do have the potential for physical and psychological dependency and some studies report that the use of stimulants can potentially be hazardous to our bodies while some don’t show a direct connection. We do know that stimulant use (in weight loss supplements and other OTC meds) can cause psychiatric complications as well–these are generally noted outside of recommended or moderate consumption. Still, many folks don’t want to risk their health and because of the lack of definitive research it can be a good thing to avoid caffeine and other stimulants. If you’d like more information, and before starting ANY weight loss product, talk to your doctor or a pharmacist. Take care! :-)
