Who wears a sportsbra with a normal bra, or just a sportsbra?
I know people who wear a normal bra with a sports bra over it when exercising, and I also know people who just wear a sports bra. Which is the correct way?
well if you need more support or just think it’s more comfortable to wear a normal bra underneath a sports bra, that’s perfectly fine. you can do either, doesn’t matter

some girls who have perfect brest shape prefer only wearing a sports bra . girls who r not cofident abt their structure try using a normal bra to enhace the asset and an sports bra on top of it .
so its only up yo the people who wear it . there is nothing wrong by doing so but the thing is wearing only sports bra is well suited for exersise and other things as normal bra would give out impressions while doing it and it doest absorb sweat . ther fore i would say if ur confortable with ur breast struc. wear only the sports one .
i wear a cup bra and i put the sports bra above it.. or it will irritate me.
