I would say use a breast tightenning or breast lifting cream. Then no one will notice, unless you have big nipples.

Well, I wouldn’t know but, if you have big nipples, then, I’d where a bra just to be on the safe side. Better to be modest then not being modest.

Age doesn’t matter, the size of them does. If they’re big then wear one. If not, who cares?
