sounds like you dont need a bra with underwiring because you dont have much to support, but its a good idea to wear some kind of support because it helps your boobs to grow, keeps them in a good position

Depends more on you than anything else, you certainly probably don’t need the support. But you may want to wear one for looks. Keeps people from seeing things as sexyfacee said, or you can wear like a padded/water bra to look bigger if you are self conscious about your size.

depends what makes you comfortable. When I was a 28A I wore a bra because I didnt like it how if I wore a white top you could see through it or when I was gettin changed in the changing rooms at school people could see my chest. But there are people I know who are a 28A who don’t want to wear a bra because they find them uncomfortable or they don’t see the point. Its basically just how you feel
