  If you're very flat-chested, I don't think anyone would notice but if you have even a B cup, you should probably wear a bra. There are some pretty comfortable ones out there, they might not look the best but the ones meant for work outs should work for you.

  If your chest isn't that big then you might get away with it, but I would suggest wearing one.

  If you have like no boobs then yea but if you actually have a chest I dont sugggest it.
