what are some good vegetarian christmas meal ideas?
preferably not tofurkey though.
spring rolls, with only vegetables.
Oven baked green peppers stuffed with rice, cheese and your favorite herbs; a 3 lettuce salad with hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, sliced zucchini, grated carrot, diced red pepper, garlic dressing; baked spaghetti squash with a zesty tomato & cream sauce; for desert have crepes with bananas and chocolate sauce- if you are allowed alcohol flambe them with a bit of rum or brandy… Enjoy & Merry Xmas !!
