L'Oreal has a really good one called "Super Liner". It's really good. Rimmel and MAC have some really good ones too. If you struggle with liquid eyeliner, you can try gel eyeliner. It does the same effect and I find it's easier to put on & lasts longer. :)
I'm not sure about a good liquid eyeliner, but if you want something that lasts all day you should try Fluidline by MAC.. It's a gel that is by far the best eyeliner I personally have ever used. It's very easy to put on and it lasts all day.
I don't have an answer to your question. However, I just wanted to say, don't buy the Maybelline Stiletto liquid eyeliner. It's crap. :| I bought it before. I wasn't very happy with the results.
oh well the only problem i have with liquid eyeliner is the shape of my eyelids rub on the part right below my brow and it smears and looks gross. thanks =D
You can do one eye first and stand in front of a fan or stick your face in the freezer for a few seconds. It helps dry quicker than do your other eye :)
i haven't found a good liquid eyeliner yet but if you put eye shadow on top of it right after you put it on it can last all day
