im not being self-concious, but is being 135 pounds, 14 years old, and 5'9 count as being really skinny?
It highly depends on your body fat/muscle percentage. In my case, being 138 pounds at 16 years old, and 5 foot 11, hearing this you would imagine I may be skinny, but im not. In fact, as a bodybuilder my friends never stop ranting on how built I am. How? Im only 4% bodyfat. I take in 2,000 calories or more a day and at least 130 grams of protein. I also turn heads everywhere I go. Remember, muscle is heavier than fat for the most part,
You sound like your at a good weight for your age. I have a 15 year old son who is about 5'7 and 100 pounds. He is defitinally not underfed, he eats like the world is going to run out of food lol. Look at my profile, I put a pic up in case you don't believe me lol.
