for me its completely true. i have clinical depression and one of the best ways for me to relax and feel a bit better is animals. no matter how horrible my day has been or how horrible i felt animals always bring a smile to my face.
I think its true. My cat has helped me alot. I believe they may even give animals to people recovering from a traumatic expirience. Also sorry for my any spelling mistakes im not the best speller.
Certainly, Animals can have quite an impact on a persons mental health, cats and dogs in general lower anxiety and stress, leading to a healthier heart and brain activity....
I think it's true. Well for me anyhow. I have always had dogs, if I have a horrible day & I come home to my big, smelly, drooling pitbull, my day is instantly better. :D
Many do...and provide companionship, especially Dogs :-)
