Answer #3

Forget the diet pills! The healthy diet together with the correct mix of aerobic exercise and resistance training will get you there without the need for the pills. Do NOT go “on a diet” where you are half starving yourself. Cut out fatty or sugary foods which don’t provide useful nutrients - just empty calories. But otherwise eat plenty of vegetables, fruit and lean cuts of meat. Drink stacks of pure water. Develop a regular exercise program and be consistent. Don’t overdo it at first - and remember that rest is important as well. Good luck. Answer #4

You will lose weight. The best way is to eat right and exorcise. But, if you need a quick fix, pills are ok. Diet pills are not good for the liver. When it comes to losing weight, look long term.

Answer #5

Re the last response: Excersising before breakfast does tend to work well in burning off fat stored while you sleep. But I personally have trouble finding the energy to work out hard on an empty stomach. I even fainted once. If you can do it then great, if not then just excersise at a time that suits you and yes if you eat healthy as well you will lose weight. make sure the excersise is high intensity - like running or sprinting for as long as you can to burn off most fat.
