No such thing as too much protein!
If you're eating large amounts of protein, you should also be consuming large amounts of fiber and liquids. If you don't, you'll more than likely experience one of three things:
*Gas *Diarrhea *Constipation
That's about it. Servings don't matter if you're hitting your macro/calorie intake and also if you're supplementing fiber with that protein.
Chicken pox! haha No chicken is really good for you. Its a lean meat, relatively low calorie, and chocked full of protein. Mind you that I am not talking about fried chicken and chicken prepared in that manner. As long as the chicken comes from a trusted USDA source you are fine! Take care and eat your chicken.Granted you also need to follow a well rounded diet plan. Fruits and veggies!
I eat about 5 servings of chicken a day. I'm 180 lbs and rather muscular if I do say so myself. Between that and the occasional tuna, I've gotten much better looking.
Well I know that eating too much of anything is bad for you
I agree, it has to be balance in everything.
Too much of anything is bad.
