How can I limit how much I eat?

ok so I have a really big problem I want to lose weight for my year 10 formal but I just can’t stop eating. I know I should eat fruit when I’m hungry but whenever I do it doesn’t quite fill me up so I just snack on junk. I know it’s bad but it gets worse. I luv chocolate and am addicted to it. I eat it like nearly every day…….I don’t want to but it just happens….. what am I going to do?

You’ve got to change your eating habits….eat more often with small portions - get Healthy snack bars to tide you over - drink lots of water (cleans your system and makes you feel full) (average adult should drink 8 glasses a day)…..you can do it ! Good Luck !!

Protein will leave you feeling fuller. Empty your house of the bad stuff and find replacements. If you want something crunchy and salty (otherwise known as chips) eat something else like rice crackers or oatmeal crackers. Chocolate? Switch to dark if you have to. At least dark chocolate has antioxidants and is good for you. Try to minimize it though or have it with fruits (think dipped strawberries).
