if you eat too much broccoli will it make you gain weight? I was just mindlessly eating some, and its 11:30 at night (eating at night is bad anyway, nevermind too much...)

ok the rule I learned in modeling about eating at nigt: it doesnt matter when you eat as long as you go to sleep an hour or two after it. for example if you go to bed a 8 eat at 6-7 so if you ate at 11 go to sleep at 12-1
