How do i go swimming when i have my periods and have no tampons?

I’m going to my friends camp today for 3 days, its to late to cancel, she is always in the water and i have no tampons, i wont be close to a store and i dont want ppl askign why arent you going in the water ? HELP

maybe you could ask your friend if she brought any tampons?

you can call up any store or ask your friend to bring because there is no way to do swimming without swimming during your period,also you can just avoid swimming telling them you don’t feel like going to water >_<

Usually your period stops once it hits the water. It won’t be such a heavy flow, but you should put a pad on right after you get out of the water. Or a tampon or whatever you can get. Lol.

I’ve always been told by health professionals that as long as you’re submerged in water, your period will not flow. But it will flow when you get out of the water.
