I don't make blonde jokes, but okay. In any case, how she comes out to her kids depends on her, and the closeness of their family. She may want to tell them one by one, most likely starting with the oldest, because the younger ones are more likely to tell the older, and she'll most likely have to explain a thing or two to the younger ones. Really, I don't see why she has to make a deal out of it with anyone but the oldest, just because the younger ones not only probably won't understand, but more than likely wouldn't care. She's their mom, and that's all that matters. She's not changing, she's just different from everyone else. The younger ones will just grow up knowing what is, and be okay with it. It'll be okay, it's not as big of a deal as anyone thinks. If she makes it seem like a taboo, or like something odd, then the kids are going to think so.
just tell her their her children, they'll love her no matter what just like she'll love them no matter what. they might not be used to the fact right away, its normal, but in the end they'll adjust to the idea. theres not much she can do tho she cant help the way she feels but she should still be honest. it may not bring the best situations at first but it will get better with time. hope this helped! :)
How old are her children? My friends mother came out of the closer to her when she was in 9th grade. It shocked her at first but eventually she came to terms and realized her mom didn't change any.
Let me guess. Is this a blond joke?
