What works better... South beach diet or the special k diet? And how much did you loose and how long did it take to loose it?
South Beach is in the same family of diets as Atkin's. It is a little less extreme though. The Special K diet is a marketing scheme for Kellog's cereal. Of course almost any diet works if you actually follow it. Personally I have to eat a lot of cereal to feel satesfied. I commonly eat 4-5 servings of cereal when that is all I have for breakfast. If I went on a diet where 2 of my meals were 1 oz of cereal and 2/3 cup of milk I would not be very happy on it.
I've been doing the sparkpeople diet. They have a website where you can sign up and track your nutrition and exercise. I've been tracking my exercise on fitlinxx because since my why reports my workouts automatically. I dropped my why membership so I might start tracking my home workouts on sparkpeople.
I think both of the diets work well
