Hi sometimes when you change your diet old toxins in your body want out so you may feel dizzy or about to faint this should pass of course if you don’t feel well eat something!your body will get used to your new diet and you should feel great.if it doesn’t get better toss this diet and try something else.good luck

Oh and by the way, the recommended intake of water is 8 glasses a day so if your drinking a lot more than this you might be filling yourself up with it, hence not feeling hungry and if youre only drinking water then you arent getting the nutrients needed, hence that dizzy feeling. :) (I like saying hence lol)

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Make sure you are getting all of your essential nutrients in your diet. Even fat. Dont skip breakfast, have atleast 3 balanced meals everyday with two snacks. The meals in the evening shouldnt be too big or you will just store some of it as fat. Aim for a calorie intake of about 1500. Thats the recomended calorie intake for the average woman. Hope I helped:)
