Easy enough, do crunches best way to get that abdominal tone would be to use a therapeutic ball you can buy and then doing this :

Answer #2

Plank, Sit ups , and Reverse crunches.

Answer #3

To add to that, iron cross, bicycle crunches, side plank, C crunches.

Make sure that no matter which you choice to do you keep your lower back tightly pressed to the ground. If you let your lower back come off the ground it will cause the muscles to develop wrong and will give you a pouch. If you find that you can’t keep your lower back on the floor, put your hands under your bum. As you get stronger it’ll be easier to do without your hands. Also, never hold your head while doing crunches or situps. Place your fingertips on the side of your head or cross your arms over your chest. You don’t want to injury your neck.

Good luck ;)

Eating, lol. I usually spend no more than 10 minutes on my abs (3-5 times per week). I use a whole range of different exercises, usually in circuits of 3 different kinds (e.g., sit-ups, captain’s chair and crunches). My favourite core exercises are:

-Side-planks -Front-planks -Weighted crunches (or using crunch machines) -Captain’s chair or lying leg-raises -Crunches -Decline crunches -Bicycle crunches -Hip thrusts (only do these if you already have a strong core) -Sit-ups -Decline sit-ups
