I want to reduce some weight arounb my stomach...suggest some exercises to do at home itself...
I lost about 15 pounds just by running. I started with 15 minutes a day and would add a minute each day until I reached an hour. If you want a six pack I would suggest maybe looking for a cardio/areobics video that will help you if you actually use it.
try using an exercise ball too do different sorts of crunches because that will target both lower and upper abs. and lots of cardio and watching the way you eat. diet is 80 percent of the soulution.
tell me about it. my bellys getting way too big, if you bend and twist that might work.
You can do different kinds of Floor exercises/Ab Work to help flatten your tummy.
