-marijuana is the number 1 cash crop in the world it serves as a natural medicine and has many other uses thats why they prohibited it so big companies can make more profit thanks to "bad journalism"

-no one can die from smoking cannabis and has been no known deaths compared to everything else including alcohol, tobacco, etc..
I myself have asthma and smoking opens up my airways making it easier to breathe with no side effects when medically legalized in my state I look foward to becoming a patient for prescription marijuana. 12 states have already legalized it along with other countries in the world and more following my job is to educate people that are not aware of the plants uses

-all the better reason for the government to legalize.. couple reasons why it should be legalized: -will be removed from black market and stop empowering gang members -medical reasons -would be sold like alcohol, remember alcohol was once prohibited too (in stores away from children, have to be 21+) -would be a law that you cant drive while intoxicated on weed -prison population would lower (prisons are overcrowding with nonviolent offenders) -keep patients from being convicted -would provide millions of jobs for people -would make us an independent country (fuel, etc.., debt free america)
people with an addiction (including hard drugs) shouldnt be thrown in jail, they need help theres more people in jail with mental illnesses than there are in mental institutions
the list goes on
the truth must be exposed, theyre dirty work must stop!
-Of course we can do something about it, we all just need to unite screw the federal government remember slavery? if no one stood up im pretty sure it would still be going on people were tortured, beaten, killed and thrown in jail but that didnt stop them standing up for their rights eventually slavery was abolished same with alcohol prohibition eventually became re-legalized

I don't think it is. Think about it for a moment, weed is a plant, it's natural, and there's no evidence that it hurts the body. There is however evidence that it can cure certain cancers, and other ailments. (My husband witnessed this with one of his family members.) There are things that are legal that many christians participate in like smoking cigarettes and drinking alchohol. Those are man-made with harmful chemicals. There is carbon monoxide and other poisions added to the smoke of cigarettes, and countless things added to the alchohol. Yes, they did drink small amounts of alchohol in the Biblical days, but the Bible says not to become drunk with wine.
God does not want us to be controlled by anything but him. He offers the best "high" you can have, and it is free. You do not have a hangover from it, nor will you go to jail, because of it. You don't have to hide to purchase it. And You will not be inticed into stronger drugs because of it.
If you choose drugs of any kind over God, then, I think there is a problem.
He can calm you. He does not want to compete with weed, or anything else that tries to control you.
Your body is his temple.
He wants a clean temple.
If we have to "get stoned", then, that is exactly opposite of being led by the Holy Spirit.
Smoking anything causes lung damage. However, THC has no known health impacts per se. It's safer to eat it than to smoke it, but obviously the reaction time is effected by doing that.
'sin' is a man made concept. All that matters are consequences in the here and now.
yea deff... It says in the bible thou shalt eat all herbs in the feild or something to that effect... But crack,LSD, and all that crap is a sin... Because its man made... And weed with extra stuff in it is a sin because its not pure.
I don't think it's a sin .If you can grow it it's natural.You're not hurting any body do not smoke weed was not one of the ten commandments,but I will agree you don't need to wild out to where you hurt sum one or committ a crime
actually we are to uphold the law of the land as long as it doesn't conflict the laws of God. and we are to lead a quit life. . . . for some reason quite life and stoned don't really go together.
Man do what you will do, I don't think its a sin but eventually some self righteous Christian will ride in here on they're high horse and tell you it is, but do I think it is? No, no I don't.
my mother always threw this one out there. from a completely generalized christian view, it is a sin because it's against the law. the bible says to "obey the laws of the land".
I dont think so what is a sin is to get in your car and drive drunk and risk others lives you dont hear much that a stoner killed someone driving you hear of drunks doing it
Yes, it is a sin to smoke weed. All you are doing is hurting your body since the Lord says that our bodies are temples and that we shouldn't harm them. Hope this helps.

rnealw - stoned is the best quiet life. I think that smoke should be circulated through ALL the ventilation systems. legalize it.
