Either omelette's or quasadilla's/grilled sandwiches. I usually have random vegetables in my fridge and cheese, so I just cook them all in a tortilla or between two slices of bread, Also same thing with omelette's just throw in random vegetables in a egg, very simple and easy. Stir-fry once again random vegetables and some rice you can usually make a good sauce with basic ingredients or use a sauce you already have.
cooked chicken breast in a pan with salt and a little butter, steam some vegetables and voila a nice healthy meal. If you want to amp up the taste a bit, you can cut up the chicken and put it in pot with the steamed vegetables and add some cream of mushroom, tomato, soup basics and then it turns into a nice thick soup.
