When should I take my showers when on the "female cycle"?

I personaly like to take showers at night, nothing like washing the day right off of you! but it all depends on what you like, do you want to take a shower in the morning andstay fresh but obv. itll slowly diminish or wouldyou rather take a showerbefore bedtime, get some fresh pj’s on and take a comfy rest. it all depends on what you prefer.

i suggest you should take a shower at night…because you do need rest on that cycle =)

I think its totally personal preference. I take a shower every morning so I am fresh for the day, but often enjoy a nice hot bath in the evening as it helps with any cramps I’m experiencing. Do whatever is going to make you feel best.

It doesnt matter? I shower twice a day, especially if I have my period. But it’s up to you.

I do both. I always feel so gross on my period, like I smell or something (is that wierd? maybe I’m just paranoid). So just to be safe…I do morning and night.
